  • After registering an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
  • You are responsible for all activities carried out under your account, whether authorized or not.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately.

4. Products & Product Descriptions

We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and information. However, we do not guarantee that all descriptions are completely error-free, up to date, or comprehensive. Minor variations in product packaging, color, or ingredients may occur due to manufacturer changes.

5. Health & Nutrition Disclaimer

ACURE's products (superfoods, herbal products, natural supplements, diet foods, etc.) are not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any disease, unless specifically stated on the packaging.

These products are intended to complement a balanced diet, not to serve as a substitute for one.

9. Returns & Refunds

  • Complaints regarding defective, incorrect, or expired products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Products must be unsealed/unused, though some allowance for inspection will be made in the case of food products.
  • Refunds will be processed within 1–5 business days after verification is complete.
  • Cash on Delivery charges/shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of wrong or damaged products, where the delivery charge may be refunded.

10. Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel an order before it has been shipped. After cancellation, online payments will be refunded in full; for Cash on Delivery orders, there will be no refundable amount.

11. Dealers & Corporate Clients

Individuals or organizations that complete dealer or corporate client registration may be subject to separate pricing, terms, and agreements, which will apply in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

12. Promotions, Discounts & Promo Codes

Ongoing offers/discounts/promo codes may be changed or cancelled at any time.

Our Site may contain advertisements or links to third-party products/services. We do not guarantee the quality or reliability of these, and we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party websites.
