Shipping policy

We strive to deliver our products safely and as quickly as possible to every corner of Bangladesh. Please read the information below carefully about our shipping process before placing an order.

Shipping Coverage

Acure Agro Food & Nutrition currently provides delivery service across all of Bangladesh.

(Delivery to some remote or hard-to-reach areas may take extra time or have limited service due to courier partner constraints)

Outside Dhaka ৳130

For grocery/heavy items: if an order's total weight exceeds 1 kg, an additional charge of ৳15 will apply per extra kg. The maximum delivery charge is capped at ৳250.

Our delivery service also operates on government holidays and Fridays.

Order Cut-off Time

Our team prepares each day's orders for delivery between 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM daily. Orders placed after this time will not be counted in that day's processing and will instead be processed as the next business day's order.

Shipping Method

We partner with Pathao for all our deliveries, ensuring fast and reliable delivery service.

Order Tracking

Customers can log in directly to our website, acurebd.com, to track the current status of their order.

Failed Delivery

Our delivery partner makes every effort to deliver products on time and to the correct address. If delivery fails, or if the customer is unable to receive the product on time, the customer will not have to bear any additional charges — a re-delivery will be arranged on our end.

Damaged or Lost in Transit

If a product is damaged or lost during transit, the responsibility will not fall on the customer. In such cases, Acure will ensure the necessary remedy (replacement or refund).

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible:

Orders can only be cancelled before processing and shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled; however, it can be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
