Acure Content & Research Team
We are the Content & Research Team at Acure — a dedicated group of health writers and researchers focused on Ayurveda, natural wellness, and holistic healthcare. Our mission is to translate credible, well-researched health information into content that is clear, practical, and trustworthy for everyday readers making decisions about their health.
Every article we publish goes through a structured research process and is medically reviewed by a qualified Ayurvedic physician before publication, ensuring the information you read is both accessible and clinically sound.
Our Research Process
Before any article is written, our team conducts in-depth research using credible, recognized sources, including:
- International peer-reviewed journals — such as studies indexed on PubMed, ScienceDirect, and other recognized medical and health research databases
- Classical Ayurvedic texts — including foundational works such as Charaka Samhita and Sushruta Samhita
- Established international health authorities — including guidelines and publications from WHO, NIH, and Mayo Clinic
Every piece of information is cross-checked against multiple sources before inclusion. We do not rely on a single reference — instead, we synthesize findings from various credible sources into clear, well-structured, and practical content that readers can genuinely understand and apply.
Medical Review Process
Every article published on Acure is reviewed by one of our senior Ayurvedic physicians for medical accuracy before it goes live. This is not a formality — our reviewing physicians read each article in full, verify every health claim against their clinical training and current best practice, and add corrections, clarifications, or cautionary notes where needed.
Our articles are medically reviewed by:

Editorial Standards
- Accuracy first — No information is published until it has been verified against at least two credible, independent sources
- No unverified claims — We do not publish "miracle cure" claims or content unsupported by clinical or research evidence
- Regular updates — Articles are periodically reviewed and updated to reflect new research or revised medical guidelines
- Full transparency — Every article clearly credits both its writer and its medical reviewer
Content Update Policy
We do not treat our content as static. As new research, updated clinical guidelines, or reader feedback becomes available, we periodically review and revise previously published articles. The date of the most recent substantive update is noted on each article.
Our Mission
We want every reader to come away from an Acure article with information that is not just easy to understand, but genuinely trustworthy and useful — the kind of information that helps them make informed decisions about their health and wellbeing, grounded in both traditional Ayurvedic knowledge and modern clinical science.
